cultivated robust sustainability capabilities focused on seamlessly integrating environmental, social,
and governance (ESG) priorities into business strategy and operations. Leveraging her background
enabling continuous improvement and data-driven insights, Anna possesses valuable risk
management skills to identify potential ESG challenges as well as openings to create sustainable

With over 20 years of experience, Anna Håkansson is an accomplished economist, strategist,
and operations leader skilled at developing and integrating sustainability strategies. Currently
Co-founder of Tulyā, a Singapore-based consultancy firm focusing on creating sustainable value
through Sustainability Management Accounting. Previously, she has led cross-functional
operational improvement projects at Hanza Group, Voestalpine Group, and Page Group.
Leveraging her operations excellence and data analytics expertise honed through previous
roles as a Quality Manager and COO, Anna develops sustainability strategies that are embedded
in the overall business strategy and aligned with the expectations and requirements of
sustainability reporting.
With recent University studies in Sustainable Business Development in Sweden and certified in
the established sustainability reporting frameworks, Anna is passionate about enabling
