He has collaborated with government bodies, public and private owners, private equity and institutional fund managers, and some of the world's most successful organizations such as The NEOM Company, AECOM, and the Leighton Group.

 

His expertise spans operational delivery and corporate leadership, offering a diverse skill set and a robust network built through years of working with top-tier engineering and construction firms.

Brett's board experience includes both executive and non-executive roles, providing him with a unique perspective on corporate governance, strategy, and organizational growth. He has a strong background in finance advisory, particularly in raising equity and debt for major infrastructure projects, and excels in risk assessment and mitigation. His comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle—from initial business case to concept, design, build, operation, and asset end-of-life—ensures a holistic approach to project management and delivery.

 

In addition to his operational and strategic acumen, Brett is adept at conducting thorough due diligence of geopolitical markets, sectors, and regions, with specific expertise in Asia, the Pacific, and the Middle East.
