Radhika has graduated as a Chemical Engineer and has more than 18 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. She has previously worked with Lehman Brothers, Barclays and Synechron cultivating a cross-cultural work portfolio spanning Asia, Europe, and the US. She is a passionate problem solver and seasoned Solution and Strategy leader with a diverse experience across various industries, including Sustainability, Digital/ICT, Finance (FX & Retail), Insurance (Mobile), Mortgages (LOS, Underwriting, LSS), Payment systems, and US Pension plans (401k).

She is adept at stakeholder engagement and building cross-functional teams to drive transformation. Leveraging her strong technical expertise alongside design thinking, Radhika develops creative solutions tailored to embedding sustainability.
